For the admission you might need the following documents:

1. Admission form of you primary care physician
2. Health insurance card
3. Retirementplan ID number
4. Our confirmation letter
5. Personal photo ID

After finishing the administrative part you will receive your room and all preoperative assessments will be performed. You will also meet with the nursing staff and the surgeon who will take care of you during your stay. Furthermore a blood sample, chest x-ray and an ECG will be taken as far as those have not been performed during the last 7 days before admission.
