The childrens painting group of the KORNHAUS e. V. in Bad Doberan was working in spring 2001 on the topic "The sick heart" at the Department of Cardiac Sugery of the University of Rostock guided by Mrs. Liebig.

The exhibition opened in May 2001 and was a big success. The compilation of the paintings shows the fascination of the topic with young painters in the age of 7 to 17.
